It has reached us that Fath al-Shaam and Jaish al-Mujahideen have become embroiled in fighting and we make a Fatwa to the Mujahideen in Jabhat Fath al-Shaam, both leaders and members, that it is obligatory to cease away from their brothers in Jaish al-Mujahideen and to pull away all the convoys and to urgently submit to a Sharia court where Fath al-Shaam can present it’s evidence which led to it attacking it’s brothers, and it is on the Judges whether it is a criminal or political injustice or an accusation of treason and the Judges must announce this to the public so if the fighting was indeed rightful then Jaish al-Mujahideen has to repent and return to the truth and the judgement has to be passed for it, but if they were unjust accusations then Fath al-Shaam has to be prevented from oppression.. We confirm to the young Muslims the prohibition of this aggression, and we warn them from the consequence of meeting Allah with blood that corrupts his Jihad and destroys him in his Akhira and we remind them that taking part in this fighting will make the fighter bear the consequence of what results due to this from blood in the field and perhaps the collapse of the front lines and the breaking out of the fighting everywhere. And Allah is the Giver of Success and the Guider to the straight way.
