Quello che ha stupito anche i cronisti americani, è il fatto che Clapper abbia espresso in pubblico questi concetti. Non lo ha fatto a caso .
Evidentemente a dispetto dell'accento posto sull'information sharing, gli americani non sono per nulla soddisfatti del grado di collaborazione offerto dagli europei. E l'Italia di solito è tra quelli che meno si prestano alla condivisione di informazioni. Il che fa sorgere dubbi anche sul fatto che ci sia una effettiva condivisione tra le nostre forze dell'ordine e i servizi. Il tanto celebrato Casa funziona veramente ?
Il riferimento alla libera circolazione e alle politiche migratorie era un pizzino del governo americano. Loro stanno facendo la parte del leone in Iraq e Siria. Pretendono un tornaconto sul fronte europeo.
