Io seguo le guerre per capire la politica. Di questioni tecniche me ne intendo poco.
Noto però che i consorzi funzionano fino a quando non toccano gli interessi delle singole aziende.
Quindi da ignorante mi chiedo.
Come fa un accordo sottoscritto vent'anni fa, a tenere conto del cambio di scenari e di esigenze tecniche del compratore?
Il danno come viene pagato. Cioè come viene ripartito l'eventuale risarcimento tra le aziende del consorzio?
