Disavventure albanesi di un radio fanatico

Quella volta che il capo della polizia, con tanto di lettera consegnata dall'Ambasciatore italiano, dovette spiegare al procuratore che gli imsi catcher forniti ai colleghi albanesi funzionavano nella modalità prevista dagli accordi siglati e nel rispetto delle leggi.

Non si capisce se giocano su queste cose per ottenere altro, litigano tra di loro o proprio non sono molto esperti di tecnologia.
