La comunanza di interessi politici e militari dei governi dei Paesi che li ospitano, oltre alle collaborazioni commerciali con la Cina, possono in certi casi ridurre il rischio di attacchi all'interesse nazionale. Ma non bisogna mai abbassare la guardia.
