MOSCOW, September 19. /TASS/. There is a need for an impartial investigation into the September 14 drone attack on Saudi Arabia’s oil facilities, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told reporters on Thursday.

MOSCOW, September 19. /TASS/. Air defense systems of US manufacture failed to repel last week’s attack by drones in Saudi Arabia because they fall short of the declared parameters, a senior source at the Russian Defense Ministry told the media on Thursday.

"We collect this data [about who could be behind the attack], but have not yet made any final conclusions," said Sergey Naryshkin, head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, in response to a TASS question. He repeated that the data was being collected. At the same time, speaking of the accusations of various countries of alleged involvement in the attack, Naryshkin said: "It seems to me that it is impossible to draw conclusions without any solid evidence."
