Manama, May 6 (BNA): The phone call between His Royal Highness the Prime Minister and the Emir of Qatar does not represent the official position of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Minister of Cabinet Affairs has said. The call does not affect Bahrain’s commitment alongside Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt to the implementation by Qatar of the 2013 and 2014 agreements to which Doha had committed itself and the subsequent fair demands, the minister stressed.

Manama, May 11 (BNA):.....It was noticeable that the sermons of Abdullah Al Ghuraifi did not condemn terrorist acts. On the contrary, he showed sympathy for them and accepted them even as the terrorists targeted policemen, killing 22 of them and injuring 4,000, besides attacking vital targets that terrorised citizens, residents and road-users. What happened in Bahrain was clearly instigated from outside, most particularly by the followers of the Wilayat Al Faqih (Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist) in the region. Those who do not stand with the nation are the ones cooperating with those working against Bahrain’s security.
....Finally, the national interest requires everyone to assume his responsibility by playing a vital role in supporting the efforts to promote stability in order to protect the nation and maintain peace. May God protect Bahrain.
