During the Tranche 2 period, MI5 studied the activities of individuals and groups which were considered to be subversive. These individuals and groups were motivated by a diverse range of ideologies. In some instances, MI5’s study also encompassed groups which were not themselves judged to be subversive but which were thought to have been infiltrated by subversive groups and individuals. This latter category included peace groups which were assessed to have been infiltrated at the national leadership level by communists (most notably CN D). UCPI Witness statement

Una cosa che le spie poco gradiscono sono le pressioni.

Manifestare la mancanza di fiducia serve a poco.

Bisogna migliorare il sistema di controllo e accountability.

Ciò richiede un governo stabile e un referente competente.

Che non sembra essere solo un problema inglese.
