Today London's Court of Appeal rejected Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's attempt to block the press from reporting on the High Court battle between him and Princess Haya over the welfare of their two children.

The three Court of Appeal judges also refused permission for the ruler of Dubai's legal team to appeal to the Supreme Court. However they also ruled that none of the family court's rulings could be made public until at least Tuesday at 4pm.
Meanwhile, it is possible for the Sheikh's team to make a submission to the Supreme Court directly, rather than through the UK Court of Appeal.
