Acting as the fathers of the society, they should pay attention to their responsibility in the area of cultivating and protecting the society, rather than supporting behavior - driven by negligence and emotions and for the sake of winning the votes of people who have a transient feelings - that would promote divorce and corruption in society and would cause families to break apart. Governments are the main factor in both strengthening families as well as in causing families to break apart. If the Principles are acted on, everyone will be on the path of the Leader, the Revolution and the Islamic Republic. Then, there will be a proper competition based on these Principles for the sake of electing the most eligible person.

For its part, the Foreign Ministry is of course very frustrated by the erosion in its status due to all these activities, but Netanyahu has been ignoring it for a long time. Like a car thief who sends his loot off to be stripped down, the prime minister has gradually been dismantling the Foreign Ministry and transferring its powers to others. A good example involves a senior ministry official, who for about two decades was in charge of Israel’s overt and covert relations with Arab countries, and in the past year has worked harder than any other senior official to promote ties with Sudan: He was not invited to fly with Netanyahu to the meeting with Al-Burhan in Uganda.

Mr. Cohen said that Iran was achieving its primary goal: to break up the anti-Iran alliance, according to one intelligence official in the Middle East.
By then, Israel had spent months escalating strikes against Iranian forces and their proxies throughout the Middle East and trying to keep the Trump administration from going wobbly on Iran.
In an interview with The New York Times last year, Mr. Netanyahu defended the Israeli operations and expressed no regrets for pressing Mr. Trump to back the Israeli escalation.
“If it is possible to recruit the most powerful country in the world onto our side, why should we fight alone?” he asked. “If I can harness a world power against Iran — which aims to annihilate us — why not?”
