In most Mossad operations, spies aim to penetrate a facility and photograph or copy material without traces. But in this case, the Mossad chief, Yossi Cohen, ordered that the material be stolen outright. That would drastically shorten the time the agents spent inside the building. A questo punto viene da chiedersi, sempre con massima comprensione e rispetto per il rammarico espresso dal generale Manenti a proposito dell'abuso del termine "spionaggio" a sfregio dei meriti e del perimetro operativo elitario allargato e divenuto caratteristico dell'intelligence moderna, se non converrebbe invece tornare a parlare del lavoro che essa svolge proprio in termini tradizionali.
