Che fare dei Khawarij (deviati e foreign fighters)

Just like how Bukhari - may Allah have mercy upon him - has written a chapter about "Killing the Khawarij and the heretics after evidence is established against them", he has also written a chapter entitled "The one who did not fight the Khawarij in order to reconcile them and to ensure that people would not be averse to him".

And because of that their small minds can accommodate the Fiqh of Atoun (Abu Abdullah Shaami) in making peace treaty with the Turks and bringing them inside the territories which were liberated by the sacrifices of the martyrs, and they cheer and drumbeat a lot for them..!

La concretezza e la trasparenza che caratterizzano la politica inglese hanno fatto si che le dichiarazioni del ministro, che ha in seguito chiarito di non volere rinnegare le norme internazionali che regolano il trattamento dei prigionieri di guerra, non generassero un polverone. In molti però si sono chiesti che fine hanno fatto i buoni propositi sul reinserimento e la deradicalizzazione dei returnees.
Posto che in parecchi sono comunque già tornati, va ricordato che non c’è uno schema unico da applicare al fenomeno in esame. Ognuno è un caso a se. Andrebbe valutato il profilo del soggetto prima della radicalizzazione e della partenza (si tratta per la maggior parte di giovani con problemi di vario tipo) e in seguito secondo l’impatto che l’esperienza fatta nelle aree di guerra ha avuto su di essi. Considerando anche che, parallelamente ci sarebbe in svolgimento un iter giudiziario, non si tratta di un percorso facile o di sicura riuscita. Per questo motivo il ragionamento sull’uccisione prima del ritorno è di maggiore efficacia. Bisognerebbe piuttosto concentrarsi su quelli che non sono partiti e che sono a rischio radicalizzazione.
Daesh è solo uno dei gruppi ai quali si sono uniti i foreign fighters. Ma sembrerebbe avere impresso un ritmo caratteristico. Il siriano condannato pochi giorni fa a tre anni a Genova perchè voleva unirsi a Nusra presentava gli stessi caratteri di squilibrio dei simpatizzanti di Daesh.

Anche nell'arena siriana è vivo il dibattito su quello che deve essere il destino degli appartenenti a Daesh. Riaffiorano vecchie ruggini tra personalità di spicco come Al Maqdisi e Al Attoun. Apprezzati giuristi che spesso si sono trovati in disaccordo.
La decisione del consiglio shariatico di Hayat Tahrir al Sham, di ignorare l'impostazione di imam al Bukhari e di destinare quindi i terroristi di Daesh alla morte o al massimo di impiegarli in scambi di prigionieri, deriva dalla consapevolezza della gravità della situazione.
I khawarij sono il principale nemico dell'Islam. Musulmani di nome ma che di fatto cercano di minare la stabilità della comunità proponendo interpretazioni deviate al solo scopo di cambiare la religione e fare guerra all'autorità. La loro presenza emerse subito dopo la morte del profeta Mohammad, pace e benedizioni su di lui. Visto anche il contesto particolare attuale, legato alla lotta in atto contro il regime, un esercito non può permettersi la presenza di potenziali traditori.
La lotta serrata contro Daesh è anche organica alla evidenza di come il gruppo terroristico venga sistematicamente usato da russi e assadisti per riconquistare territorio e sottoporre la popolazione locale a sterminio. Il patto di collaborazione con la Turchia, limitato alla scorta dei veicoli militari che come ricordato ieri da Erdogan hanno ormai completato la loro missione, serve a dimostrare le dinamiche in campo e a sensibilizzare gli organismi internazionali. Astana sta riconsegnando la Siria nelle mani del dittatore anche se è la Russia a decidere. Dopo anni di guerra e centinaia di migliaia di morti e gente in fuga, ciò non può essere tollerato.
