The individual will serve as an Advisor to the Director and Deputy Director of the Agency’s Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (OEEO) to ensure compliance with EEO laws, regulations, and practices central to both the formal EEO compliant process and the Agency’s Anti-Harassment Program, as well as facilitate outreach and education initiatives to ensure greater awareness of EEO topics across the Agency.
