Intelligence authorities said in the file that Braam was of interest due to her contacts in Turkish immigrant circles, according to those reports. Un soggetto d'interesse non è necessariamente pericoloso. L'idea che si è fatta dell'attività d'intelligence, è un indizio sulle motivazioni che hanno portato ad operare la scelta.

Circoli è il termine che meglio descrive l'attività dei lupi grigi in Europa. Non esistono come le autorità europee li concepiscono (gruppo, movimento, partito) ma si muovono bene tra le maglie del tessuto politico e sociale delle realtà in cui sono inseriti. Il che li rende anche facilmente manovrabili, ma difficili da infiltrare o avvicinare.

L'attività di una giornalista come la signora Braam può costituire un aiuto prezioso per prevenire azioni violente e destabilizzanti.
