Emirates non è una semplice compagnia aerea.
E' la ragione dell'esistenza degli Emirati, e di Dubai in particolare, in quanto snodo su scala globale. Tutte le attività (commerciali, diplomatiche, culturali) che hanno piazzato gli Emirati sulle mappe, passano attraverso le mosse del gruppo Emirates.
Se Hamdan può continuare a condurre una vita relativamente spensierata e senza risentire delle pressioni che normalmente un erede al trono subisce, è grazie al gruppo Emirates e a Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed.
Proprio a causa di questo profilo così articolato e complesso, è difficile prevedere già da ora (tenendo in considerazione anche situazioni pregresse) quale sarà la portata del contributo e in che maniera questo sarà strutturato.
Una questione che in generale dovrà essere valutata con attenzione da altri governi per le proprie compagnie aeree.

Emirates has received approval from UAE authorities to start flying a limited number of passenger flights. From 06 April, these flights will initially carry travellers outbound from the UAE. Details will be announced soon. 1/2
