The doctor divided his writing plan into a sequence of stages; starting with the stage of buying books from exhibitions, publishing centers, and websites, then comes the stage of arranging, browsing, examining, and reading what benefits him from them, then the stage of summarizing many of their ideas. So he continues for more than two or three successive months, after which he works on writing the first draft in his own hand with a blue pen on reinforced paper, this takes several additional months, until he produces the first draft, which moves to transcribing on the computer, editing, linguistic and scientific review, by sending the copy to some specialists and academics. This review ends with an evaluation and amendments based on their notices, which are taken into consideration, and with the writing of an introduction to his book by one of the specialized thinkers. Gli studi del dottor Al Sallabi, almeno la parte tradotta in inglese, risultano interessanti proprio perchè traggono fondamento da fonti non presenti in opere di simile tenore introducendo elementi non presi in considerazione in opere di altri giuristi.

Il che è indicativo dell'approccio verso fenomeni e persone.

Se da una parte Al Sallabi è ritenuto figura divisiva per di più troppo vicino a Muslim Brotherhood per altro verso questa sua attitudine alla costruzione di reti e punti di contatto potrebbe tornare utile, più di quanto lo è stato in passato, al processo di riconciliazione.

Come era prevedibile la sua nomina ha provocato reazioni miste. 

In particolare il vice di Menfi ha obiettato che non si tratta di un incarico inserito in maniera strutturata.

Visti i rapporti non proprio idilliaci tra i due non sarebbe sbagliato ipotizzare che la nomina è stata pensata di proposito.

Sul fronte est una delegazione di composizione varia guidata da Kamel Ghribi ha confermato e anzi incrementato gli impegni discussi nel corso del precedente incontro con il fondo diretto dall'ingegnere Belqasem Haftar.
