Kadyrov harshly criticized Turkey for using the late Chechen leader’s name and accused the country of “supporting terrorists,” the Yeni Şafak daily reported Tuesday. The Turkish press was not informed about this meeting on his return from Sochi. If Kadyrov had not announced the meeting himself, we would not have heard of him. It is unclear why a Foreign Minister would need to meet such a man and even invite him to Turkey.
