1/The meeting lasted 5hrs; was btw members of the #GNA Presidential Council (PC) and himself (no other party present).
2/Questions surrounded civilian protests in prev. days exploring many factors, including the security of civilians and role of protesters.
3/Confirmation that all security and military devices are under the command of the PC and are coordinating together.
4/Reiterates programme to merge military and security institutions still further, is ongoing.
5/Bashagha also says that - as Minister of Interior - his cooperation with the PC during this investigation highlights the role of the MoI under the #GNA's PC and respect for the state's hierarchy.
