A turno Bashaga e Serraj giocano a good cop / bad cop.
Qatar e Italia, che sulla carta sostengono il governo cosiddetto riconosciuto dalle nazioni unite, in realtà sono spesso sospesi un limbo. Ma tornano sempre utili per riempire le casse.
A che servirebbe attualmente, alla strategia turca, esporre in pubblico opinioni circa il loro ruolo in libia (Serraj lo ha comunque fatto in maniera molto netta quando era necessario) ?
