Do not be fooled

...When the souls feeds on heresies and becomes familiar with them, escaping these heresies becomes tough and difficult, and it wouldn't be easy to completely abandon them. It would require a period of time if Allah helped it. Otherwise, the principle is that it wouldn't return (from that heresy), as the prophet peace and blessings be upon him said about the khawarij: "They will swerve from the religion as an arrow goes through the animal shot at. They will not return to it till the arrow comes back to its notch. They are worst of the people and animals (creation).
And that is impossible according to the norms of Allah, for the arrow to return to the bow that shot it towards that target. That is a blessed prophetic exclusion, and a clear guidance that clarified that those people are evil people by heart and practice. It doesn't work to be permissive or ignorant with them, and even if that hadith was about the khawarij, the difficulty of repenting from all heresies fast and sincerely.
Then dealing with them as if they're regular sunnis, is a sign of ignorance and blindness. They should be treated just like the vessel that was forbidden because of how arabs before Islam used it for alcoholic drinks. The argument is as Eid Al-Qari said: "It was said that those bowls were only used for alcoholic drinks, then when alcohol became forbidden, the prophet peace and blessings be upon him forbade using those cups either for using it would lead to immitating using it for alcohol, or because they had remains of alcohol. Then after a period of time passed, the prophet peace and blessings be upon him allowed using those bowls for the remains of alcohol are no longer present on them. Aswell as it being justified as forbidding something which was used excessively by the people, until the people abandoned it, then the matter of it being forbidden became less strict after they lost the intention they had when using it." End quote from Al-Qari.
...And todays khawarij spilled the forbidden blood, spread corruption in the land and the mujahideen witnessed tons of evil and crimes from them and they heard fatawa for takfir, killing, blood shed for their leaders. And their name became a symbol of ugliness and dirtiness. So it is wise, before anything else, for the truthful prophetic guidance and the guidance of the prophet's companions, not to grant anyone who repents from them, or was affiliated with them, a recommendation, instead they should be warned against. As every sane person have experienced how they betray and hide behind piety, as that's the religion of todays khawarij with no exceptions. It is known to everyone who worked with them, even if it was for just one step, as they are liars and that's a trait that they've acquired in addition to the traits of the past khawarij.
...As the past khawarij weren't liars, nor betrayers. They have massacred masses in the hundreds, they shed their blood with harshness and no mercy as well as a wicked releasing of hate. Many of them confessed that they have not oriented themselves on the conditions of shariah in these murders, so it is not from religion nor rationality to gather, filter and present them with their former name and picture as well as characteristics but instead they should be isolated and covered until their repentance is proven and their hearts purified so that people will forget about their evil, even for a little although I think they will not.
...And do not be fooled by how they show loyalty to certain people. The only condition where it is fine to be silent about them is when they're scattered and join a sunni group for their situation to be looked into, since that's the only acceptable thing. And if someone spoke wrong about those sunni groups such that it prevents jihad under their banner, then that's from the traits of a khariji and you should avoid him as he is one of their kind and should be expelled and exposed with who ever is with him to spreads such matters.

I funzionari dell'antiterrorismo, che in queste settimane stanno lavorando ai dossier dei foreign fighters italiani e delle famiglie in attesa di rientrare in Italia dai campi di detenzione in Siria, devono affidarsi alla logica seguita da Shaykh Abu Qatada.
Koraichi non mente quando afferma di essere partito per la Siria per vivere il vero Islam e di averlo fatto per aiutare la popolazione oppressa dalla dittatura.
Il problema è che la sua scelta è caduta su un Islam deviato .
Chi è andato in Siria lo ha fatto perchè, in maniera più o meno consapevole, riteneva legittimo abbracciare un certo tipo di Islam. Quello che lascia poco spazio alla pietà e alla compassione che il Profeta Mohammad (pace e benedizioni su di lui) raccomandava di praticare in determinate circostanze.  In maniera del tutto consapevole invece, queste persone sono andate in Siria per tagliare teste e mutilare corpi.
E' perfettamente comprensibile che Koraichi cerchi di uscire dalle prigioni dei curdi e di tornare in Italia. Si trova nello stesso stato d'animo dell'ostaggio Sandrini che in Italia doveva scontare un periodo di detenzione per reati commessi sul nostro territorio. Un carcere italiano appare sempre come una prospettiva migliore. Ed è anche scontato che cerchi di cavarsela minimizzando i comportamenti e le responsabilità delle azioni compiute in Siria.
Ma nel momento in cui parla di errori compiuti anche dallo stato islamico, allineando cioè il repertorio di orrori compiuto da Daesh all'operato dei governi stranieri e degli eserciti regolari presenti in zona, Koraichi continua a legittimare la propria scelta e quello che lui definisce ancora stato islamico.
Il suo ragionamento è la prova concreta del fatto che la "ciotola Koraichi" è tuttora ripiena di Daesh. Per il momento non pare esserci pentimento e neppure distacco.
Investigatori e funzionari dell'AISE devono mettere a confronto i profili più aggiornati di questo tipo di soggetti e dei loro familiari con il contesto nel quale li hanno trovati e quello in cui si verrebbero a trovare in Italia. Dalle loro parole è possibile prevedere il grado di pericolosità e le misure da prendere in vista di un eventuale rientro.
