We had a clear program to clean up Tripoli from all militia and our program stopped.
Well we started in February with our internal ministers but unfortunately Haftar attack on the fourth of April make all this program just stand and stopped. So it's clear he wanna cause he wanna use any skills to attack Tripoli. This is not a problem with militia. It's not a problem of economics.
