"I was 18 and just coming out of high school, and I needed a job. I got tired of working in the construction field. I wanted to go into psychology, but when I was graduating in 2006, the market was saturated. Cutting hair was my plan B. My aunt worked here at the time—she was here for 32 years—and she gave me an application to fill out for a place that I thought was a military base. She rode in with me on my first day. I didn't even know where I was going to be working until we got here. We pulled in and she said, 'This is where I work.' And I said, 'I'm going into the CIA building?
