Cioè valutazioni fatte sulla base di quanto già conosciuto e sulle prime indicazioni provenienti dal luogo dell'incidente. Un'accusa che chiama in causa le responsabilità dell'Iran è ancora più generica. Il tutto è usato per sostenere tesi sostenute da tempo.
Quel referente politico che nessuna agenzia d'intelligence vorrebbe perchè la rende poco credibile.
