Si tratta più che altro di una soluzione temporanea per contenere le velleità di Assad in attesa che la Turchia prenda decisioni definitive.
Se Al Joulani riesce ad appianare le controversie che da sempre caratterizzano il suo rapporto con personaggi del calibro di Soufan, può invece alla fine mettere spalle al muro sia Turchia che Stati Uniti e prendere le redini della situazione siriana.
