Non sarebbe da stupirsi se l'Ambasciatore Al Otaiba avesse già predisposto contratti e banche per smistare quel petrolio.
Continuare a farsi scudo del riconoscimento internazionale per coprire o rendersi complici del governo di Tripoli, che almeno in parte deve avere avallato l'iniziativa di Jadhran, di certo non fa l'interesse del popolo libico.
