La firma su un documento ufficiale ha un significato diverso.

L'incidente è servito a riaccendere i fari su un summit privo di sostanza e concretezza.

E anche sull'intervento del ministro Fidan, incentrato sulla necessità della presenza russa, che non ha presumibilmente entusiasmato nemmeno il presidente Putin.
