Some doubt

(ANSA) - ROME, SEP 10 - Italian Police Chief Lamberto Giannini has sent a circular letter to the nation's prefects and city police heads telling them to beef up security at potential sites linked to the United States in view of the 20th anniversary of the September 11 attacks. The letter said the extra vigilance was necessary in part due to the "Afghan crisis".

La retorica antiamericana legata al ritiro dall'Afghanistan per il momento può creare occasioni di inspired attacks sia da parte di lupi solitari che di gruppi organizzati o di persone in contatto tra loro.

Fino a che i talebani non formeranno un governo definitivo mostrando anche l'orientamento reale riguardo alle intenzioni dichiarate, è difficile prevedere un riposizionamento di Al Qaeda e altri gruppi rispetto alla evoluzione maturata nelle realtà locali in questi anni.

Ascoltare i talebani e costringerli a condannare gli atti terroristici non solo di Daesh, può essere un inizio.
